* In MULTI - ALLERGEN system, quantification and valoration of classes are not of clinical value.
* In case of positive results, it is recommended individual Specific-IgE.
* The useful of this technique is as screening of Negatives

    Result Format:
    R1 – Result

    Referance values:
    Negative

In multiple RAST analysis, quantification is not clinically significant.
In case of a positive result, it is recommended to perform a specific IgE determination for each individual allergen.

    Result Format:
    R1 – Result (kU/L)

    Referance values:
    Less than 0.10 kU/L

NOTE: Concentrations exceeding 0.10 kU/L indicate the presence of specific IgE and, therefore, sensitization. A higher sIgE level corresponds to an increased likelihood of symptom manifestation upon new or future exposures.

sIgE concentrations between 0.10 kU/L and 0.35 kU/L may be clinically significant in pediatric populations and in cases of drug or venom allergies. However, it is important to emphasize that no sIgE concentration can definitively exclude allergy, nor is there a specific threshold that directly implies the onset of allergy symptoms.
