-Varicella zoster IgG antibodies:       Negative: Index Less than 1.00 * To discard active infection, it is recommended the evaluation of IgM-Varicella Zoster and/or seroconversion of IgG VARICELLA ZOSTER antibodies 2 weeks after the first sample. A two fold increase of the index or more  indicates active infection.       -Varicella zoster IgG antibodies:       Negative: Index Less than 1.00       * Positive IgM- VARICELA ZOSTER antibody can be compatible with active or acute infection.

-Varicella zoster IgG antibodies:      Negative: Less than 150 mUI/mL * To discard active infection, it is recommended the  evaluation of IgM-Varicella Zoster and/or seroconversion of IgG VARICELLA ZOSTER antibodies 2 weeks after the first sample. A two fold increase of the index or more  indicates active infection.    -Varicella zoster IgM antibodies:      Negative: Index Less than 1.00    * Positive IgM- VARICELA ZOSTER antibody can be compatible with active or acute infection.
