New Test in NOÛS Catalog
Test Code: 8662
Sample: Tissue Conservation: Room temperature Method: Cleave Assay + Sanger Sequencing Set Up Days: Daily Delivery term: 17 days Information: Lymphoid neoplasms are monoclonals and in the great majority of these proliferations the rearrangement of the genes of the Igs and of the RCT precedes the malignant transformation (with the exception of some proliferations of very immature cells). Consequently, all the cells derived from the same malignant stem cell will share a rearranged DNA in similar form and will express the same receptors (an identical Ig or RCT). For this reason, the analysis of the Igs or of the RCT by means of the PRC technique will allow us to detect clonality of populations of lymphoid B or T cells.
