      * Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry Method for thermal decomposition of gold amalgam.
     
      * Blood mercury concentration may become high due to consumption of certain foods such as fish or some dietary supplements. With high blood mercury levels, it is recommended the determination of mercury in urine in order to confirm an occupational exposure to mercury as the cause of the origin of elevated mercury in blood.
