Preparation: - Draw 10 ml of K2EDTA blood. - Gently invert the tube 5-10 times. - Centrifuge at 2000g for 10 minutes within 2 hours after extraction. - Transfer the plasma (Supernatant) to a tube without additives and keep the original tube with the pellet. - Send both tubes. | Preparation: - Draw 2 tubes of EDTA blood. - Tube 1: Gently invert the tube 8-10 times before storing. - Tube 2: Gently invert the tube 8-10 times and centrifuge it at 2000 g for 10 minutes within 2 hours of obtaining the sample. Then transfer the plasma to a new tube without additives (Minimum volume 1.5 mL of plasma) |
