1 - Make prior viral load that has to be greater than 3000 copies (prerequisite). Without viral load in these conditions is not possible to determine  2 - Centrifuge and freeze plasma within 30 minutes after extraction 3 - Avoid pre-analytical defrosting  4 - Ensure delivery of frozen EDTA plasma
