NEGATIVE : Index Less than 1.00       POSITIVE LOW : Index 1.00 - 2.49       POSITIVE MEDIUM : Index 2.50 - 4.29       POSITIVE HIGH : Index Greater than 4.30        * To descard active infection is recommended to evaluate IgM MUMPS antibody or to do seroconversion for IgG MUMPS antibody after 2 weeks of first sample. Increasing of index 2 or more times indicates active infection.
