METHOD: Enzyme Immunoassay  REFERENCE VALUES: -Mumps IgG antibodies:    Negative:     Index less than 1.00 Positeve low:    Index 1.00 - 1.74 Positive medium: Index 1.75 - 3.89 Positive: Index greater than  3.90    * To descard active infection is recommended to evaluate  IgM MUMPS antibody or to do seroconversion for   IgG MUMPS antibody after 2 weeks of first sample.  Increasing of index 2 or more times indicates active infection.    -Mumps IgM antibodies:     Negative: Index less than 1.00 * Positive  IGM - MUMPS antibody can be compatible with recent infection.          DELIVERY TERM: 5 days
