NOTICE: Restrictions March and April

 Dear valued colleagues and customers,


Please kindly note the following festivity restrictions at the central laboratory of Barcelona during Easter Holiday:

- Customer Service will offer service during normal hours, with the exception of April 2nd and 5th of April. Those two days, schedule will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Be informed of the following additional restrictions aimed at preserving the stability of samples during these days:

Regarding to tests not included in the table of specific restrictions:

- Normal activity on Thursday 1st April.

- 2nd, 3rd April: TAT will be maintained for those test that, due to their characteristics, require urgent processing. For those test that suffer a change in processing days, we will try to respect the maximum TAT. 

Tuesday 6th April , reception and processing of samples will be normalized.
