Dear collaborators,
Following the guidelines for Hereditary Colon Cancer by NCCN together with the guidelines of the SEOM and the medical literature, we have proceeded to a new update of the studies aimed at Hereditary Colon Cancer, with the following tests:
ü Hereditary colorectal cancer (Test code 8406/ Nemonic
code G14004).
o Studied genes: APC (MLPA), AXIN2, BMPR1A, CDH1, CHEK2, EPCAM (MLPA), GALNT12, GREM1, MLH1 (MLPA), MSH2 (MLPA), MSH3, MSH6 (MLPA), MUTYH, NTHL1, PMS2 (MLPA), POLD1, POLE, PTEN, RNF43, RPS20, SMAD4, STK11, TP53. Panel NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) + 6 MLPA.
ü Hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (Test
code 8174/ Nemonic code G14006).
o Studied genes EPCAM (MLPA), MLH1 (MLPA), MSH2 (MLPA), MSH6 (MLPA), PMS2 (MLPA). Panel NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) + 5 MLPA
ü Hereditary polyposis colorectal basic, cancer (Test
code 8409/ Nemonic code G14012).
o Studied genes: APC (MLPA), MUTYH (MLPA), POLD1, POLE. Panel NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) + 2 MLPA
ü Hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer
extended (Test code 8407/ Nemonic code G14009).
o
Studied genes: APC (MLPA), AXIN2, BMPR1A,
CDH1, CHEK2, GALNT12, GREM1 (MLPA), MLH1, MUTYH (MLPA), NTHL1, POLD1, POLE,
PTEN, RPS20, SMAD4, STK11, TP53, MSH3, RNF43. Panel NGS (Next Generation
Sequencing) + 3 MLPA
Which replaces the hereditary polyposis colorectal cancer (Test code 8175/ Nemonic code G14013), that we offered so far.
If the gene to be studied is not found in any of these panels, consult with the laboratory about the possibility of including it.
Thanking you for the
trust you have placed in us, we remain at your disposal for any management or
doubt you may have.
