Not detected. * Histoplasmosis infection caused by Histoplasma capsulatum, which has a worldwide distribution but is a particular problem for the central and southeastern United States and certain regions of Central and South America. By our technique can detect two precipitins in the serum of a patient directed against antigens "M" and "H".
