The purpose of this letter is to notify you of the technical incident that occurred in the Central Laboratory of Barcelona and has affected the graphs generator equipment of the following tests:
226- PROTEIN ELECTROPHORESIS, CSF
4676- Protein electrophoresis, urine
702- PROTEIN ELECTROPHORESIS, URINE
2450- IMMUNOFIXATION, SERUM
2449- IMMUNOFIXATION, URINE
From yesterday, January 22, images cannot be attached in the cited tests and has caused delay in the delivery of results.
The final solution may involve some change in the format of these graphics, although work is being done to find a technical solution as soon as possible.
If this were the case, we will previously communicate it, with its corresponding specifications.
We deeply regret the inconvenience that this situation may generate, and we ask you to transfer our most sincere apologies to your clients as well as the sense of urgency and preference given to solve this situation.
