Dear colleagues and collaborators,
It has been detected that some of the batches of metal-free serum tubes from the commercial company VACUTEST may present a concentration higher than that allowed in some of the trace elements, this may be due to possible problems derived from the manufacture or preparation of the products themselves.
We have informed the commercial company of this incident, but while waiting to be able to provide a feasible alternative that guarantees the quality of our results, we are obliged to discontinue temporarily the determinations of Aluminum and Manganese in serum as of the day March 17th.
As soon as possible, we will provide you with the tubes suitable for these determinations and proceed to reactivate the tests in our catalog.
