Sample Restrictions Easter Holidays

 

Dear valued colleagues and customers,

Please kindly note the following festivity restrictions at the central laboratory of Barcelona during Easter Holiday:

- Customer Service will offer service from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m from Thursday April 14th to Monday, April 18th.

- As for the reception and processing of the samples of SARS-CoV-2 PCR, we will offer service every day, thus maintaining the usual deadline for delivering results in 24 hours.

We inform you that special collection services for PCR can be requested in advance on those days, always after consulting with their sales representative assigned for assessment together with logistics department.

- For the reception and processing o clinical analysis samples, we will not offer service during the days 15th, 17th and 18th of April, therefore, TAT can be affected.

Be informed of the following additional restrictions aimed at preserving the stability of samples during these days:
